½ celery root
2 tbsp oil (canola or olive)
1 tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 tsp sweet red pepper powder
1 tsp ginger powder

Warm up the oven to
Peel the celery and cut it to fires size
Mix oil and spices in the bowl, next add celery and toss
until it will get evenly coated with oil.
Arrange fries in single layer on a baking paper.
Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with yoghurt or yoghurt garlic
souse.
